Our standard processing time for orders is 1–2 business days after the order has been placed. During this time, your order is processed, packed and quality-checked before it's shipped.

After the processing time, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on the delivery address. During periods of high demand (e.g. promotions, holidays) delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

We always strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, such as public or national holidays, natural disasters, strikes in air and ground transport, or other events beyond our control.

If your delivery exceeds 45 business days we offer a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we generate a tracking number that is sent to you via email with a delivery confirmation and instructions.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us by email at help@shopnitey.com with your order number and we'll help you. We respond within 24 hours.

You can cancel your order the same day it was placed, provided this happens before our customer service has closed for the day. Orders placed on public holidays or bridge days cannot be canceled until the next business day.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. It's important that you verify your delivery details to avoid delivery issues.
