60 nights to decide
Sleep with Nitey for up to 60 nights from the day it arrives. If it doesn't help, email us and we refund the full purchase price, used or not.
The 60 nights start the day your order is delivered. It can take two or three nights to get used to wearing a mouthpiece, so give it at least a week before you decide. Multipacks are covered too, opened or not.
How a refund works
Email us within the trial with your order number. We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You keep the mouthpiece; there is nothing to send back.
Damaged, defective or wrong product
Email help@shopnitey.com right away with photos of the product and the packaging, and we send you a new one at our cost.
Refund timing
Banks and card companies can take a few more days to show the refund after we have sent it. If you still don't see it after ten business days, email help@shopnitey.com.
Packages that come back to us
If a package is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we refund the order minus the shipping and handling cost, or send it again if you prefer.
